Plastic Army men wargame

Who was I talking to at BT yesterday about an "Infinity-lite" style game using green/tan plastic army men intended for newer wargamers?  I remember having the conversation, but I can't remember with whom.

I found my current PDF of the rules.  I'm on revision 1.22.  It's attached below.

No problem.  Let me know if you have any questions about how something is supposed to work.  It's still written in "Rob's stream of consciousness" style, and hasn't been totally translated over to a technical format.
