OK, there's no more rolls.  To explain that last one, both the 18 and 15 each got a +1 bonus.  However, instead of taking 2 rolls (because the forum die-roller is making refresh the page a billion times to see the results), the 19 result (18+1) lets me choose one...which I'll choose as the 18 anyway.  So no more bonus rolls.

Oh, and because I'm already 26, I can't take the free "Stage 3 Academy" path that the result of 18 offers.  It'd make me too old.

Now I have to go add up everything that got added during that process, which'll take a while.

OK, 856 gives me a Grasshopper.  Just for purposes of illustration, I'm going to reduce my STARTING Edge value by 1 to generate a reroll.

OK, the result of 19 sends me over to the Davion track (apropos for St. Ives), and a 901 gets me a MAD-3D Marauder.

The quirks for the Marauder are:
Command BattleMech; Distracting; Hyper-extending Actuators; Narrow Profile; Exposed Weapon Linkage (AC/5). 

I'm going to extend the "Exposed Weapon Linkage" negative quirk to encompass the Large Laser mount as well, since it's a direct swap.

First Wingman (Heavy): 175.  He's riding a -3N Rifleman.  AA Targeting, Improved Communications, Searchlight, Ubiquitous.  1,039 BV

Second Wingman (Medium): 455.  He's riding a VND-1 Vindicator.  Rugged (1); Ubiquitous, Difficult Ejection, No Torso Twist  1,024 BV

Third Wingman (Light): 818  he's riding a JVN-10N Javelin, which has only the Unbalanced Quirk.  594 BV.

My total BV is 4127.  This is less than the 5000 BV limit for a 4-Mech lance, so I'm good to go.

I never got or purchased the scrounge skill, so there's no scrounge entry on the list of skills.

I see you do not have it but you do have strategy on there

I thought strategy was one that got rolled into the other point totals is why I was asking

wasn't sure if you accidentally left strategy there in place of scrounge or in general or was it meant to be there
