"Training means a Lance cannot fight or repair, but each

How would the after battle work with something like this in the rules? The question would be when will we be placed back in training (if we do go back to training)?
They can't fight in that they are not part of the mission rotation (fight, defend, scout, etc.). The repair and mod issue is that the pilot won't have a mech to train in while it is in the shop.

Question to CO, are you planning on putting me back on training or not?  If I go back to training, I will have time to modd my mechs during repair time.  If not, I will not make the mods.  Just for reference, I plan on putting a BAP on my main mech, and changing the Javelin into something more like the 10F as I have all the parts and don't have to go hunting for DHS.
Ask me after the next mission, since it happens on the same day anyway.
The question is how beat up the other lances get.

Heinrich Wilhelm uses 20xp total to gain Env. Spec. Mountain (10xp) and Env. Spec. Woods (10xp). 22 xp-20xp= 2xp

Jax Fenwick uses 20xp total to gain Env. Spec. Mountain (10xp) and Env. Spec. Woods (10xp). 24xp-20xp= 4xp

Wyatt Edmondson uses 20xp total to gain Env. Spec. Mountain (10xp) and Env. Spec. Woods (10xp). 20xp-20xp= 0xp

Bruno Graves uses 20xp total to gain Env. Spec. Mountain (10xp) and Env. Spec. Woods (10xp). 24xp-20xp= 4xp

Commander,

After some very very lucky tech rolls
 Skaraborg 1, 15 GR rounds available.  Down about 5% armor
Skaraborg 2 is at 14 out of 16 rounds.  Down about 20% armor
Skaraborg 3 is at 75% LRM Ammo
Skaraborg 4 is down a half ton of armor.

All units operational for Mission 3.

Freya Lance is fully operational and available for use as a reinforcement group as per end of day on 23 September.

1. No units will be on training until further notice. We have too many dinged and dented units with too many missions.

Be advised, repairs to Dancer 1,2,3 complete by noon 9/23.  Dancer 4 available in spare Centurion.  Lance reports combat ready with non-jumping Centurion in lance.  Gladiator repairs continuing, top priority.

Doh, knew I forgot something.  Will be posted in other thread shortly.

Overall not bad as it appears the system reassigned me to attack, So I wasn't doing field refits out in the field.
