May be best to get a list of every mech from each person who owns minis. Decide who is coming and work around that. We can avoid making a list for Clan mechs for the time being doing it this way until we get to that part of the campaign.

I can do the Hunchback. I do not have anything outside the base set and the alpha strike packs. I also do not know whats in any of those off the top of my head either so theres that.
Dan already committed to the Hunchback.
I am in a similar spot, I just don't have most of these units.
We may be proxying more than usual this time.
Actually, there are 2 hunchbacks needed this time. So please bring yours as well.

Ok, don't the turrets count as part of the 50% of allied forces we have to keep alive? Maybe that's not the case, since you guys are talking like this mission isn't too hard. If all the OpFor has to do is burn down 5 turrets for the win, we're screwed. I just need clarification on that before I call for rerolls or reinforcements.

They absolutely count.  OPFOR has to kill 4 units, including the 6 turrets.

But you guys get to place the turrets.  Also, they aren't quite as wimpy as you're thinking; turrets have ~40 CF.  Finally, the map layout will have a pretty heavy bit of influence.  Right now, the maps are looking a lot like this:

North

The PCs start in the middle.  The base is on the west side.  The OPFOR is starting on the east side.  They have to go through you to get into the base and (presumably) engage the turret defenses (and your allies).  It's not an auto-lose mission, due to the general layout of the maps.  I can't be any more specific because rerolls can change things.

Part of the reason for the optimism is that we have Full Moon Night, which will favor our mechs making physical attacks against their vehicles, since ranged attacks will be at +2 while physicals are unaffected. If we use the expanded movement table for Full Moon Night, it will also require +1 MP to enter hexes, favoring our jumpers. Also, 3/4 of the starting force is lightly armed/armored.

Not really, no, given that everyone else with a lance wil either not be at the game or will be downchecked for repairs.

You can choose one of those lances to deploy into the starting PC zone (board center) and one lance to deploy on the western board edge.  I'm writing up the full scenario now.

FINAL SCENARIO

A few extra pavement hexes will be added from MapPacks at the northeast corner of the southwest map, across the river (bridges), and to connect the BattleForce map road to the central suburb

DEPLOYMENT
Player: Center (10 hex radius)
OPFOR: East 6 hexrows on the BattleForce Map.  East 6 hexrows on the south half of the Mountain Lake Map.  East 6 hexrows on the north half of the Open Terrain 1 Map.
Base Units: Must deploy on any Western map.  Turrets must be placed on a Building rated Medium or higher.  A turret cannot deploy within 3 hexes of another turret.
Player Reinforcement Lance 1:Center (10 hex radius; cannot deploy within 5 hexes of an OPFOR unit)
Player Reinforcement Lance 2: West 6 hexrows
OPFOR Reinforcements: Enter from an Edge on the eastern half of the map (ie, up to halfway across the BT or Open Terrain 2 maps).

INTELLIGENCE BONANZA: The OPFOR Reinforcements will arrive on Turn 4.

Turret Stats: Gunnery score as listed.  2 tons of ammo PER WEAPON (no special munitions).  CF: 45.   (hey, these turrents are nicer than normal!)

PCs Victory Conditions:
1) Keep more than 7 total units non-destroyed (50% of 13 starting units).  Cripples are alive as long as they can expend MP.
2) Cripple or Destroy at least 8 OPFOR units (50% of 16 starting units)
3) Of the 8 Base Units (turrets + PXHs), have at least 4 of them non-crippled (or non-destroyed) by the end of the game

OPFOR Victory Conditions:

1) Cripple or Destroy at least 8 total units
2) Cripple Destroy at least 4 of the Base Units
3) End the game with at 100 tons of non-crippled units within 3 hexes Hex 0808 of the central map, AND at least 2 non-crippled units within 5 hexes of Hex 0808 on the central DropPort map.

**FWL Vehicle units use normal abandoment rules; see Rules PDF***

**FWL forces will not fire on ejected PCs unless the PC has fired on them (while ejected) in a previous turn.**

If nothing else shows up, I'll proxy the last 2 Saladins with Eponas, the Rhino with a Mars, the Stalker with a Warhammer IIC 4 and the Vulcan with aWyvern IIC. All of these units are in my Hell's Horses Zeta Galaxy blue and black colors (and clan) so it will be easy to tell they are proxies and not mix up the units.

\You know what.  If we absolutely, positively need a Stalker, I have one.  I know Rob does own one however.

That said, if we are using my Stalker - I'm driving it.  It was in my frigging wedding.
