For the 4th or 5th time this campaign...individual lances do not hire their own administrators.  Theyare hired at the overall unit level and they are assigned and re-assigned by the Unit CO to help out as needed.

If what you meant is, "I'd like the unit to pick up another HR Admin", then yeah, sure.

Also, Mike, Bright Lance still only has 3 Techs as per my records; you may want to ask Lucas if he want to hire Mercedes as his 4th Tech.  Green Techs gain XP quickly, and having someone there to do easy rolls without burning minutes from better Techs is useful.  He has priority, unless Mike (Kong Lance) were to ask about hiring a second Green Tech (but I don't think that'll happen).

Sorry, my words didn't convey my thought pattern. I would like for the unit to hire the Admin/HR and ask for her to be assigned to Reaper Lance.

Bright Lance hires:
Mercedes Marsh, Green Mech Tech

Ice Lance hires:
Christian Skandalis, Veteran Doctor (assigned to Unit until end of contract, then guaranteed to Ice Lance)

Fairchld Lance hires:
Kathy Myers, Regular Doctor (assigned to Unit until end of contract, then guaranteed to Fairchild - or whatever the new name will be - Lance)

Unit hires:
Jannet Birnie, Veteran HR Admin
Maighdlin Johnson, Veteran Logistics Admin
Suzana Petrovich, Veteran Transport Admin


If there's any problems with the planned unit hires, please speak up.  I plan on finalizing the first round of Marketplace hires (effective 4/2) this weekend.

From what I can tell, each Transport Admin has a chance - based on skill level - to influence the Transportation percentage.  Having more Transport Admins = greater number of chances to influence Transport percentage on contracts.  I'd probably top out at 3 Transport Admins in total; ideally 2 Vet and 1 Elite, to give us excellent odds of always bargaining for 100% Transport coverage.

Additionally, the amount of Administrators (any type) required to give the unit full Administration coverage will go up when we bring on Dan and Paul, along with the various new hires and all of the doctors (I anticipate each Lance having 2 docs); we want 100% admin coverage for the Dragoons rating bonuses...and there's only the three Veteran administrators available.
