I have a functional lance sans the Javelin, though, so I cede priority to you.  I'd request the next one, though.

Freya Lance will hire the startlingly young Dr. Desiree Daniels (filling the priority from medical personnel assignments) and pays $15,000 CB in a hiring bonus.

GM: The Unit MUST hire at least 2 Doctors to meet minimum medical needs.  Which ones specifically are determined by the CO.

The unit will hire two doctors when this market closes (Plan on Tuesday Nov 21st IRL):
Bill Tyler (Regular)
Logan Madaleno (Veteran)

If a player lance wishes to hire the veteran doctor, the unit will hire both regulars instead. Note that the unit will hire 2 doctors, so only one doctor remains available to player lances this market.

To GM:
1. How are we doing in terms of administrative coverage for our Dragoons Rating?
2. How much of an impact will it make on rolls for arty support to pick up an elite gunner for the arty?

Doctors can treat multiple patients, so there isn't any real need for multiple doctors at the lance level.

Doctors can treat two (2) patients at a time.  Whether you see a need for more than a single doctor is dependent on how often you think you're going to have 3+ MechWarriors with pilot hits.  I'll personally try to have 2 doctors, just to be sure.

That was my thinking even if it's a regular doctor a second couldn't hurt

1) Look at the Dragoons Calculator in the TO&E.  IIRC, you're at 100% necessary admin support, and you will be until the unit gets another ~28 members or so.  Mostly what you're hiring administrators for at this point are the typeoplogy bonuses.

2) A single gunner?  Not very much.  The horrible thing about how multiple-person vehicle crews work is that you use the Driver's Piloting Rating...and then you use the WORST Gunnery Rating of all members of the vehicle's crew.  So if you want a Gunnery of 2 on a vee, every member of the crew needs a Gunnery of 2 or less.  So a single gunner won't do a lot of good.  But you're eventually going to need a lot of elite gunners if you want an elite artillery crew.

Sigh. Okay, unit will also hire Julia Fearson Elite Gunner. If we have to build an elite gunnery crew, we will. Besides, we have time until we can actually get artillery pieces anyway. Out of curiosity, if we end up near a Contact or Well-Connected world, can we/I use those to buy an artillery piece?

Base the Vulcan VL-2T is 6/9/6 so 3 mod as is. I assume you are planning to upgrade the engine to hit 4 mod (?).

im debating on selling one enforcer to do it if i get it tho

theres also a change to narrow low profile in the BM doesnt adjust modifier numbers just glancing blows how are we going to run this? This will absolutely decide if i want it
