I've got 1 reroll left.  Haven't decided what to do with it, if anything.
Do you want to try to change the terrain? That is about the only potential issue left. Daylight and 30x40 seem pretty good.

Are you still calling Ice Lance in as reinforcement since he is in a mission 2 days later? That is a short turn around time to get his lance repaired if he takes much damage, plus he is on scout which gives an additional +4 to his TN for repairs.

Are you still calling Ice Lance in as reinforcement since he is in a mission 2 days later? That is a short turn around time to get his lance repaired if he takes much damage, plus he is on scout which gives an additional +4 to his TN for repairs.

agreed but this mission isnt that bad i dont think

the heavy urban fighting favors my lance


also it ends up being 480x3 on repairs so it should be enough for repairs as long as nothing big

Honestly, calling in Reaper and Bright lances seems more advisable. Do remember that there are some hole punchers and crit seekers on their side.

It sounds like enough time, but when replacing 10 points of armor with a Vet mech tech in the field needing TN 7 and taking 150 min, it is harder to get a quick turn around than you might think. I know I had some hard times getting repairs done quickly when I was assigned to Scout role. I would fail a couple rolls and have to use a higher tech or scrap the part and start over.

I will have to be more mindful as well. I did not initially realize I could use all 3 technicians within a single day and not just an 8 hour period they all share.

Honestly, looking at who can attend the Jan 27th game, the reinforcement lances should be Reaper and Bright, since they won't be able to make the 27th game and they can repair.

3 items....

1] I can provide a Crusader, Wasp, Stinger, Pegasus and Saladin for the battle.  If someone could print the tank sheets I would appreciate it.

2] I will be late to the game due to my daughter's basketball game.  Ad Hoc will be bringing my forces and minis and Logan will be running my lance until I arrive.  Logan and I will then share running my lance for the rest of the game.

3] Has the venue been decided?  If we are going to the new place in Milford would someone please post the name of store and directions?  I have looked through the boards and could not find it.

OPFOR Deploy: Up to 5 hexes from North Edge (deploy first)
PC Deploy: Up to 5 hexes from South Edge
OPFOR Reinforcements enter: TURN 7; The Northern edge, or up to 1/2-way across the map along the Eastern Edge
PC Reinforcement enter: The Southern edge, or up to 3/4ths across the map along the Eastern (1-3 on a d6) or Western (4-6) Edge; determine Edge the turn prior to reinforcement entrance

Light Fog Effects: Units must spend +1 MP to enter a new hex using any movement type *except* Jump MP.

PC Battlefield Support: Requesting x2 Heavy Strikes

OPFOR Recieves Fixed BSP assets: x1 Light Air Cover, and 2d3 Medium-density minefields (TN 8; x4 damage groups; may only be placed in Woods hexes, determined during OPFOR deployment).  If PCs deliberately move Mechs through/into buildings, or fire into a non-Comms building, OPFOR gains x1 Light Air Strike only on the following turn from the qualifying act.  This happens EACH time a qualifying event occurs.  Lost ASFs remove air assets from future games.

PCs Victory Conditions:
1) Keep more than 4 units non-destroyed (50% of 2 starting lances).  Cripples are alive as long as they can expend MP.
2) Cripple or Destroy at least 6 OPFOR units
3) Cripple or Destroy at least 10 OPFOR units
4) Locate and destroy the building containg the OPFOR Comms Node (north half of the map; building must be 1, 2 or 3 hexes in size and non-hardened). To scan a building, a mech must be stationary within 3 hexes of some part of the building for 1 full turn.  A mech which mounts an Active Probe, has a pilot with the Eagle Eyes SPA, or has the Command Mech/Improved Comms Quirk can scan buildings within 3 hexes as long as it spends only Walking MP.  The hex of the building containing the Comms unit always has 40 CF regardless of the building type.  If the scenario ends prior to the building's destruction, it is assumed OPFOR units have evacuated the relevant commo equipment in civilian vehicles.

OPFOR Victory Conditions:

***Capellan units will prioritize fire against enemy units which have captured a Capellan MechWarrior***

I actually agree with this.

Bright Lance.  You're up.  I don't think we'll need more force than that, especially given how hard it'll be for them to generate TMMs. 

FYI, I'm bringing a lance of: Grasshopper, Crusader, Rifleman, Javelin. (5,143 BV2)  I hate using Vindicators in a city.

Noted.  How late (roughly) are you going to be?  The store doesn't open till 11, so we won't be really started will 11:30.
