I've updated the minis list, it's all accounted for.

Things we still need:

-Record Sheets

-Second copy of HexPack: Cities & Roads

-Unit CO to confirm available Battlefield Support

FYI: There will be no lunch break
So, GTM is our new home.  However, they don't open till 11am, which means we won't be playing until 11:30 at best. If we're going to be stopping in the 5-5:30 range, I can't in good conscience allow a lunch break in there, especially because we'd have to leave the store and drive to get food. Eat before you get there, please.  There are snacks available (soda & candy) from GTM if you do get hungry mid-game, but otherwise, if you think you're going to be hungry mid-game, pack your own food.  We can also discuss ordering pizzas as a group (Papa Johns is down the street; I assume GTM is fine with deliveries there).

This also means that people need to commit - hard - to getting there AT 11am.  A conflict where you know ahead of time you're going to be late is fine; that's not what I'm talking about.  I mean that you need to be sitting in the store parking lot at 10:55.

Okay, several things.....

1] I have printed the sheets [including the tanks] for the minis that I am supplying for the game.

2] I have received my daughter's basketball schedule and there is good news for the near term.  Basketball games on the 13th and 27th are at 9 am which means I will be not be late to the games in January after all.

3] That being said, I want to honor my request to Logan to run part of my forces.  Rob, I request that Logan join, Lucas, you and myself on the PC side.  Logan can run the St Ives liaison and one or 2 of mine and maybe one of Lucas' if he agrees.

I've never seen them have candy or snacks available, unless they just added it within the past couple weeks. They have a mini-fridge with water bottles and soda ($.50 each) and also some energy drinks (dunno cost, never asked).

Unfortunately my wife hurt her back yesterday, so I can't leave home alone with the littles. If you need to you, can use my force or Lucas' reinforcements if need be. Sorry we can't make it.
