OK, we're going to take a few days and consolidate and re-set the TO&E before moving forward. You have until Saturday to have completed your post-contract record-keeping cycle. I NEED this to be done ASAP because the post-contract TO&E adjustments will affect the unit payroll and Dragoons Score, and those things affect the next set of generated contracts...so if you want the good things about the unit taken into account, they need to be accounted for.
When you've completed your cycle, please chime in here that you've done so. If I can get everybody to chime in prior to Saturday, I can move forward more quickly with contract generation and you'll have more IRL time to do things prior to the May 19th game.
Things which need to be done:
1) UNIT CO - update unit with end-of -contract money (including transport costs)
2) UNIT CO - decide what units are being sold for cash, sell them off, and update unit with any money it's keeping. Split the other cash evenly between lances.
3) HAT - finalize your lance and let the CO know its stats
4) LANCE LEADERS - roll for prisoner recruitment. Roll 2d6 and get equal or less than your CHA score (the roll gains a -1 bonus for the Attractive Trait, -1 if you have Good Reputation 3+ and your prisoner is from the area of your Good Reputation, and a -1 bonus if your SOC is 5+ and your prisoner is of the same faction as you). A Leadership score of 3+ gains you a reroll for one prisoner per contract. If you succeed then the prisoner can be recruited for a hiring bonus of 5,000 CB for Green, 10,000 CB for Regular, 15,000 CB for Veteran, and 25,000 CB for Elite skill ratings.
5) LANCE LEADERS - Post in the thread about any recruited prisoners so I can roll for skills/SPAs.
6) LANCE LEADERS - Ransom prisoners who you choose not to recruit or whom you cannot recruit. (rules PDF p28)
7) LANCE LEADERS - Make retirement checks for ALL Lance members, using the process found here:

8.) LANCE LEADERS - Receive money for BLC; if you had a unit which was completely destroyed during this contract, you recieve X% of the retail value of that unit (not including customizations; you're paid as per the base model). This contract has a BLC rating of 60%, so if a 100 CB unit was destroyed, that unit's owner would get 60 CB at this time.
8.) LANCE LEADERS - Update your warehouse tracking with the above changes, and let the CO know what (if anything) has changed.
9) UNIT CO - Update TO&E and post it so I can make AtB adjustments. Dragoons score SHOULD update in AtB automatically; note that the AtB score is a fixed 20 points lower than a hand-calculated score from FM:Mercs(r) and has been for every contract so far. I don't know why, and I can't hand-adjust that, so we have to suck it up.
10) GM - Generate new Contracts for month of November using new Dragoons/payroll values.
11) HAT - Your Lance is considered to join the unit at THIS time. This effectively happens on 11/3/3045. Yes, all of that stuff is considered to take place on the same day.
12) We decide to sign a contract or not. Retiring unit members leave (and must be paid) the day the unit's next contract is signed, of after 30 days (12/02/3045) whether we sign a contract or not.
