I am trying to print out the vehicles through SAW, but it wont allow me to have the page come up where I can type the pilot information in.

SAW doesn't do pilots. You'll have to hand write them in.

Also, how does vehicle calculate weights on turrets? It seems to favor ballistic and missile while making energy heavier when placed on one.

The turret should weigh something like 10% of the weapons' weight rounded to the next 0.5T. On vehicles ballistic and missile weapons don't need heatsinks. Vehicles can only mount single heatsinks. If you have a non-fusion engine you need power amplifiers as well for energy and gauss weapons. They are 10% of the energy/gauss weapons' weight also rounded to the next 0.5T iirc. That is why you see so many AC/missile boating vehicles. The few energy vehicles you see will almost all use fusion engines with the 10 free heatsinks.

Real quick, because I don't recall if you were here when we went over how BSP works: do you know how BSP works (from the BattleMech Manual)?

OK, so BSP works and is priced as per the BattleMech Manual.  You guys currently have access to ASF support (offensive and defensive) and artillery; you don't have access to minefields.  For completeness in certain defensive missions, you can also use your combat engineering vehicles to construct fortifications, though ya'll are rarely on the defensive.

Each ASF can make a single sortie TYPE per mission, and may make that sortie up to twice (50+ ton ASFs are "heavy", others are "Light") per game.  Each Artillery piece may fire twice.  Each INDIVIDUAL use of a support asset is priced individually.  If you have two Sniper Artillery guns, and each one fires twice, that costs 16 BSP (4 points per shot).

Here's the cost table.  Attached below is the Aerospace Rules Revision which gives us greater fidelity  to the Aerospace support process (and a chance to actually shoot down ASFs); it doesn't change any BSP costs, but does include things like "how many bombs are used in a Bombing Attack".

I ended up buying a painted Bombardier. The paint scheme is like a dark blue/ light blue mix.

That looks 95% like the rangers paint scheme.  Do we need to have an intervention about buying a Bombardier in game.  Friends dont let friends play Bombiders until 3055.
