No.  Lances are assigned administrators from the Unit pool at the discretion of the CO, but actually tracking their ages/salaries/etc is done at the unit level, not the lance level.

The only think we changed is the ability for Lance Leaders to hire Doctors, because assigning Docs to unit members from the Unit Pool was too much of a PITA.
