I sympathize. My salvaged Firestarter and Crusader are itching for new engines. But our placement is a minimum of two jumps from everywhere with a factory and Wallis might be 4 jumps depending on exact location of intermediate stars. That would put us into July by the time any work actually gets done. If the mission had terminated earlier in the months, we could have made it work.

Is there a reason I got put in fight rather than scout?  I’ve got a probe and all mechs are 5/8/5 or 6/9/6.  It’s more a skirmish Lance at least with current compliment.  Whatever makes the most sense though.

Because I still had in my head that you had <4 techs. Since Scout is in the field and has harder repairs, I wasn't going to stickyou with that with less than a full set of techs. Even though I updated your techs in the TO&E, I still had the wrong number in my head.

You can definitely go to Scout if you want to.
