wait...wait..hang on a second.

You have fist fire, and nothing that makes good use of it.  The standard VTR is a fantastic 'Mech once you realize its a overgrown heavy and *not* an assault.  That AC20 on a punch is a fantastic fist fire weapon.  How much L2 tech do you have access to?

That ac20 negates the use of a hand and lower arm actuator.

More so in line with the good reputation and well connected thing. I can understand dropping them to a successor state, meaning their new maxes would be 3 and 4 respective, I am assuming that I am now bound by the additions made, or is there a way to salvage it?
Disregard question. Makes sense that I could not utilize either to their max potential in the context of things.
