Maybe the novels weren't going to ever win any literary awards, but those books are a big part of the reason I fell in love with the Battletech universe. I read them back in the mid-90's, over ten years before I ever played my first game of actual table-top Battletech.
I'll be buying this as soon as they release it. I may actually have to get it printed out on decent paper and bound at Kinko's or something, if it's reasonably priced.
They can keep their mini-TRO's full of one-of-a-kind non-production mechs, but when they start putting out PDF's for the GDL, they get paid.
