During that invasion, 1st Sun Zhang Academy Cadre tried to sneak into the defensive perimeter but were discovered by a patrol she led. Outnumbered 5-1, her patrol sounded the alarm, engaged the Combine units, and held them long enough for reinforcements to arrive. She earned the Commonwealth Star for this action. Reassigned to 3rd Lyran Guard posting on Tharkad after the war. Stumbled across a link between Duchess Aten and Loki, parlayed that into short-term gains, but pissed off the Duchess enough that her military contract was terminated and it was suggested she depart the LCAF with extreme haste.
