I am tempted to play speculator with that 50% off sale. Buy a bunch of crap and then resell it immediately hoping for high rolls to make profit. We couldn't lose money, if the roll was under 7, we'd just get 50%, or exactly what we paid for it. Rob, is daytrading activity forbidden to the CO?

The sale is January only. The mission is in March. So you need to decide before the mission.

Fwiw, the 3.1 rules don’t include a MoS modifier for sales of ASFs and vehicles. I’m guessing it should though.  The ASF wouldn’t be speculating. Buy at 50%, sell at 60% minimum. Given we’re saving for a dropship I recommend any buying to make an immediate sale be limited to the unit coffers. If someone will actually use the unit, good deal for them.  I believe the only unit a lance commander could buy of the ones at 50% off is the Orion anyway, as ASFs and Vees aren’t legal units for us.

Against my better judgement I pass

There are few lights I actually want the wasp would be an okay one to get since low bv and fairly flexible for its missions but not a lot of firepower

Also I would say the Orion can be overrode by CO if he wishes it for buy resell

Also if he feels a different lance would need it more

Willing to part with it if someone can put up a good reason why they want it more

My goal is to try and get it close to a kerensky model

If a lance wants it, the lance will get it, I won't deprive a lance of a unit just to speculate on it.

im just putting it out there that if it is a need more so than a want im willing to give for the team

I will make it easy then - im out for both of them enjoy - I will just be selfish and include my chit next time lol
