Looking at Title and Land Grant, they are pointed at my SOC level, correct?
If I stat out at the higher of 5 or minimum, I will use 47/50 points.  So, if I up my SOC to 7, 8, or 9, they become 7, 8, or 9, point traits, right?
For the record, I definitely intend to sell off Land Grant, since it would complicate things role play wise with minimal real benefit. I think storyline wise, I am an escaping noble officer whose lands were on a planet now under JF control.
