I'm pulling what I have available once Maria and I are done with dinner.  Give me a bit and I'll post up what I've got.

I have now pulled everything for the scenario.  I am personally short but 5 Mechs in total.

I NEED THE FOLLOWING

Reinforcement Binary 1
Mad Dog
Gargoyle

Reinforcement Binary 2
Kit Fox
Gargoyle
Hellbringer

Additionally, if anyone WANTS to, they can bring one or more of the following Mechs in green, but these are not strictly required.  Don't worry about checking in, just bring them if you want and we'll swap out.
Executioner/Gladiator (x3)
Ice Ferret/Fenris
Fire Moth/ Dasher
Nova/Black Hawk
Viper/Dragonfly
Uller/Kit Fox

I can provide. Nova, Gargoyle, Mad Dog.

Are the clans BSP fixed so if we take the additional artillery and ASF support they can't gain any more BSP?

Yes.  If you use Ranger BSP, the Clan selections don't change; they have a Star of 10 ASFs available them and that's what's represented.

And to answer the question asked in PM, no, Ranger BSP assets are not automatically destroyed or left behind if you use them.  They have a more limited-than-normal usage schedule so they have time to get onto the DropShip, that's all.

Both sides will receive significant ASF support for free, and Rangers will only be able to use ASF BSP support (assuming you don't want to leave the artillery behind)

^
Just to clarify the reason why it was thought it would be left behind

Good to know  (^_^)b

On consideration, I have edited the "exiting the board" rules slightly.

The BattleMech Board Exit options (spend 3 MP and move straight off) now requires there be no enemy units within 3 hexes of the hex being exited.

The Vehicular Board Exit option (wait 1 full turn at the board edge and spend 1 MP to move off) can have an enemy unit be at any range.

Remember, BattleMech units can use the Vehicular option at their discretion, but adding the "enemy distance" requirement make things so the exiting force can't simply move off the board while in point-blank contact range of enemy forces.

The 3 hexes are an entirely arbitrary distance, representing roughly 1 fifth of the width of a BattleTech hexmap.  This means that 1 lance can effectively block off 1 mapsheet with careful placement (forcing the exiting force to actually *fight*, which is rather the point of the game), and that feels about right

I'll be making an ironwind run late in the month to get my new PC ride. If we get unit leadership and contract selection done quickly I would like to pick up additional opfor units and any additional lance replacements requested.

Ad Hoc:

I can bring either of the following lances and still come in on Turn 3:

CONFIG 1
Grasshopper - Elsa 3/2 ..................x8 MLs, x1 ERLL (Melee Master, Wpn Spec ML, JJack)
Grasshopper - SGT Callahan 3/3 ......x3 LL, x3 ML (Melee Spec, Sniper, Enviro Spec Forest)
Pixie LAM - MSGT Vicious 3/4 [4/3]...x1 Blazer, x2 SPLs  (JJack, Wpn Spec Blazer, Wind Walker)
Javelin - SGT Montgomery 3/3.........x2 SRM6 (JJack, Wpn Spec SRM6)
Avg speed 4.75, round to 5.  All jump, and Strategy +3.  12-5-1-3 = 3.

CONFIG 2
Grasshopper - Elsa 3/2 ..................x8 MLs, x1 ERLL (Melee Master, Wpn Spec ML, JJack)
Grasshopper - SGT Callahan 3/3 ......x3 LL, x3 ML (Melee Spec, Sniper, Enviro Spec Forest)
Crusader - LTJG Boyle 3/4...............x2 LRM15, x2 SRM4, x3 ML (Marksman, Cluster Hitter)
Javelin - SGT Montgomery 3/3.........x2 SRM6 (JJack, Wpn Spec SRM6)
Avg speed 4.5, round to 5.  All jump, and Strategy +3.  12-5-1-3 = 3.

Which configuration would you rather see come in?  I'm fine with running either.  The effective tradeoff is better ability to redeploy with the first lance, or somewhat more hitting power with the second lance.

Depending how my voice is Saturday, I may stay quiet most the time there. Everyone got sick Monday and I ended up losing my voice because of it...

I have printed Bright Lance, Reaper Lance, and the Allied 8th Arcturan RCT mechs. My printer is starting to give me some troubles. I hope to be able to get the other allied mechs tomorrow.  Someone else will need to print the clan forces though.

Not sure about how to get elementals, but I suppose I can print out the clan mechs. Just got back in town tonight and putting my game coffee table together tomorrow.

If you can put together a PDF of the clans I'll print them out.
