During customization of Thunderbolt TDR-7Mx to TDR-7MxC rolled a 12 on the install.
Following is the work that was done.
Removed: ER PPC Right Arm, LRM 10 and Ammo Right Torso
Installed: CLER PPC Right Arm, CLLRM 15 and Ammo Right Torso, Active Probe Left Torso, ECM Suite Left Torso

Could you please determine the positive quirk for the mech?

Bright Lance sells Awesome 9Q. Google doc is updated. During update noticed that a mech a was missing from it and it was added also back in. The missing mech was a custom Thunderbolt TDR-5sBLC.

Phoenix - All units prepared and ready as of Feb 9.  Current stable is 4 pilots, one of which is light.  Current deployment option is 3 MAD-5D + 1 custom Panther or potentially swapping 1 MAD for a Custom Grasshopper.  Turn 3 Arrival.

Steve, are you sure Techs can buy Edge?  The rules say wingmen, not seeing anything for Techs or Doctors.
