What criteria for returning to in-person games?

Greetings,

Given that vaccinations are ramping up, what criteria do we want to use for returning to in-person games?  Ohio will be scheduling 16+ starting on March 29th which misses Ryan and maybe Lucas and I think Kentucky has already opened up to those who want it.  Ryan doesn't turn 16 until late September, and while I'm hoping he'll be able to get it by sometime mid-Summer that's not a guarantee.  Thoughts?

As a friend, I would say hold off on this until more information regarding long term effects of the vaccine are reported. Looking at the VAERS regarding side effects, I would just avoid any of the vaccines, regardless.
I will not stop anyone who wants to get it to get it, just voicing my concerns on the matter.

With 3 kids in person in school, we will end up getting all of us vaccinated as soon as possible. If you’re in a position to wait and are comfortable with that, that’s fine. There are also people suffering long term effects from COVID as well.  I’m not pushing people to play sooner than comfortable, I’m just trying to understand under what conditions we’ll get back together.
