Reminders:
1. For these 2 marketplaces, no lances beyond Dancer, Dragon and Ice have an option for an Elite Mech Tech.

3. For upcoming Marketplaces Dragon is still looking to recover an Elite Tech, and all 3 lost a Vet as well.  Dragon has recovered his (Feb Marketplace).  They have first shot at the first ones that pop up.  If they pass on any, it'll be an open roll moving forward.
4. Whichever of Ice or Dancer that doesn't get Phillipe in March will get the Elite April Tech.
