LTSG Lori Hererra suffered a Major Injury following SAPPHIRE Mission 4**, resulting in attribute loss and a major lost limb. She also suffered complications in medical care, suffering another lost attribute, which has disqualified her from MechWarrior status.  LT Hererra will be forced to retire at the end of the current contract.  LTJG Montgomery takes over as acting CO of Fury Lance for the remainder of the contract.

**The roll for Major Injury occurs immediately following the battle, prior to refreshing Edge, and she was completely out of Edge at that time

The following data is for 21 December, 3060.  This is the earliest date that Fury has 4 Mechs ready for combat.

Drucilla Raddick and MechWarrior William are both ransomed away.

$50,000 retention bonus required to prevent retirement of LT JG Leigh Montgomery.  This upcoming contract will likely be her last; she is the final surviving member of Freya Lance of the 1st Rangers, and is approaching 50 years old.

In the absence of a Lance Leader, promotions and demotions in Fury Lance are made.  Leigh Montgomery is removed from her position at LT JG, being granted the rank of Master Sergeant, so she doesn't have to appear in every scenario Fury plays.  Daisy Taylor is promoted to LT JG and made Lance XO.  Finally, Elsa Ward is promoted to Lance CO, taking the rank of LT SG.
