Jazz Lance update 10/20/3061, post Ikarus mission 4

Jazz temporarily swaps with Blitzkrieg on 9/30 to expedite repairs.
Jazz swaps back to scout on 10/7.
Jazz claims salvage of Timber Wolf Prime, cannibalizes for spare parts and sells on 10/20/3061.
LtSG Daerin Wolf reports to infirmary 9/30.  Released next day.
Sgt Brittaney Luttazi earns 2 xp during mission 4.  New total 46.  Spends 45 xp to lower gunnery skill to 2.
Tech Sgt Alyssa Hickman earns 1 xp during mech repairs.  New total of 42 xp.  Spends 42 xp for elite +1 rating.
Tech Vincent Hann earns 2 xp.  New total 16.
