Adam Steiner reviewed the materials provided to him by his attaché.  The packet arrived addressed to him and sent from the Numenorean Rangers, 2nd Regiment.  It was otherwise unmarked.  Within was correspondence from Captain Anders Wolfram Kelswa.  Lyran politics could be brutal and Wolfram Kelswa certainly bore the scars.  Unable to get enough satisfaction over the death of Anders' father many looked to bury the son with him.  Adam, however had not forgotten the genuineness of the man just a few years his junior or how he'd pulled himself up by his bootstraps.  The materials Anders provided included his service record prior to enrollment in Nagelring, and more importantly, what he'd made of his time since.  Despite every effort by Richard*, Wolfram Kelswa managed to land a spot in the newly forming 2nd Regiment of the Numenorean Rangers.  It seemed fitting.

Five contracts completed, his first one out earning himself the FedSuns Star of Heroism and a new mech to boot.  In fact 4 of his 5 contracts had earned him notable awards, three for the Lyran Commonwealth, a promotion to company commander, a stint as Regiment XO and numerous letters to his character, bravery and honor.  Along with the materials came a request.  This wasn't a man bragging about his accomplishments.  This was a man seeking to set the record straight, and Adam knew just where to start.
