As per conversation with Paul, we are advancing time immediately.  The Rangers will lift off on 7 September, so you can access the September marketplace, and then the Rangers are lifting off for Marduk (a factory world in Drac space), where you will remain from October-December.  I'll be posting several marketplaces simultaneously for the sake of IRL time constraints.

Dan, if you specifically want to buy the Archer from the August Marketplace, I'm OK with that since I know you're going to be unlikely to check in on this until Monday or Tuesday.

Just for a change, try not to make everyone's life difficult and chit for EVERY SINGLE VETERAN AND ELITE LANCE MEMBER on the lists this time, thanks.  It pisses off other unit members and makes for complicated chit resolution.  I'm right about to the point already where if I see a chit list that looks even remotely like this, I'ma just going to delete it outright and you get nothing.  Don't make me post the Willa Wonka gif.
