Reroll weather first. Trying to get rid of the heavy fog which arguably shouldn't exist in the thin atmosphere, but whatever. Joys of AtB. Max 2 rolls on weather unless the second roll comes up with something truly horrendous, then use the 3rd to reroll. Preferably just 1 roll on weather, then one on terrain, then generate and send me the SPAs.
With 2 solos to try and get done in the next little over 2 weeks, need to try and start working on them this weekend if possible.
Reroll 1: No fog
Reroll 2: terrain becomes Wetlands (Muddy Swamp)
Reroll 3: terrain becomes Flatlands (Some Trees)

DeploymentOPFOR Deployment: Deploys first. Deploys anywhere within 5 hexes of the south map edge. This are is also the safe zone for returning a scoring unit.
Ranger Deployment: Deploys after OPFOR. May deploy anywhere on the central two mapsheets.
OPFOR Reinforcements: OPFOR player secretly rolls 1d6 during deployment. On a 1-3, the reinforcements Must enter the board, on their initiative, anywhere on the south board edge on Turn 4. On a 4-6, enter on the south edge on Turn 6.
Environmental Conditions:Thin Atmostphere: WiGE, VTOL, and Hovercraft suffer -2 cruising MP and must recalculate Flank MP accordingly.
Battlefield Support:None.
Ranger Victory Conditions:1) Prevent the OPFOR from scouting the Northern Map edge and returning the scout unit to their safe zone.
2) Ensure that at least 3 of your units (including the liaison) are capable of spending MP at the end of the scenario
OPFOR Victory Conditions1) Scout the north map edge using standard recon raid rules
2) Return the unit(s) which scouted the northern map edge to your safe zone and survive 1 turn in the safe zone with no Ranger Mechs within 5 hexes.
MISCELLANEOUS
1) Exiting the battlefield requires a unit to remain stationary at the board edge for 1 turn. Only a single spent MP is required to move offboard (ie, the environmental MP penalties doesn't apply; or, more specifically, the Minimum Movement rule overrides it). Civilian units may only exit from the Eastern board edge.
2) OPFOR MechWarriors will attempt to capture any ejected Ranger MechWarriors in this scenario, unless a Ranger BattleMech target in LOF is equally as close (or closer) than the ejected MechWarrior, or the Ranger BattleMech target is within 8 hexes and subject to a valid LOF in any case.
