As former Wolf's Dragoons, LT's Wolf and Wolf say Flint.

Flint it is. (confirmation from Fire, Norbotten, Paladin)

Depart on the 23rd. Leeway for those still doing customs in factory. Also one custom finishes 75% by then.

Given we only have 36 bays, we need to allocate bays to those completing customs upon liftoff. SO a list of whats being done would be great.

Should be good to go.

Eliska votes Wuxian for the record, on behalf of Marigold lance.

Well some of these are better than others....

Vote Yes - Wuxian - Top choice
If my numbers are correct each lance nets roughly 8mil cash by end. As this is technically fedcom affiliated its going to pull most likely fedcom gear. 30% should net at least a few good mechs a mission plus possible solo. I would've preferred this at 40 or 50 but A ranked gear might mean we get crack at lots more salvage than it looks to be. XP would be a bonus as well as the pay. If someone has a TRO it should pull from then I can judge it better unless someone can day yeah their gear is crap. The high BLC also helps with anything those of us that are accident prone or still looking to build up can recoup losses easier. Air is breathable and should be standard gravity meaning not exactly a hostile environment for pilots. Veteran A with A gear means it should be front line pilots and gear. Means better salvage and recruitment of pilots to fill lances as needed hopefully. This also is only roughly 2 months away and may be as little as 4 months long if we win it early. This lets us try to get another contract in sooner this year vs spiraling us toward 1 contract a year. This also moves us closer to the core of the IS meaning travel to other key areas might be faster and easier.

Vote Reluctantly Yes Category
- Flint - So unit history would dictate especially to my lances detachment STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM CONSTAR AND WOB. Crazy zealots or whatever they are that throw nukes for the fun of it are not exactly my cup of tea. On to the hopefully enoughbreason to choose it. More cash to each lance than Wuxian but not by much. This does have the BLC and Salvage terms that are nice however. SUPER CLOSE and not that long contract but were objective raiding....At least this will give us good chance at solo

Vote No Category

- Petal - As nice as clan gear is at 60% were not netting much cash for a hefty travel time and almost no BLC for the inevitable losses that will be there. We will probably not be fighting omnis but 2nd line or if we do then maybe it becomes a lot more worth it. Who here can actually get scrounges high enough to consistently repair any of them? Its clan stuff and pilots but is it worth the price and cost? This also puts us in DC space right along clan border. Also this is cadre duty ....

- Yokai - This wouldn't be so bad if its wasnt high grav with jags. Considering jags dont like prisoners that means anyone ejecting can practically kiss thwir backside goodbye. Veteran units with second line gear but doesn't mean they dont have Frontline stuff still. Not much cash for the long trip but short contract however and just because it's short doesn't mean we won't get hit within days of each other. DC liason who won't give us anything at end also is a variable that's unwelcome.

- Trident - Simply no because this takes us away from the more desirable contracts to the north. Not only does it do that it adds 4 more months of travel from where we are of we decide to go fight clans.

- Gauntlet - In what gods green earth do rebels have elite A rated units? That sounds awfully fishy and I'm quite certain there's a random nuke waiting for us for something that takes us 182 days to get there to guard something important enough thats its in the ARC ROYAL DEFENSE CORDON. Way to many red flags for me.

Archer is only one of concern which is the 75% completed. Outside of that preferably within bays are the Atlas Archer Sunder Marauder. Just in case we have to hotdrop mission 1.

Also Flint contract has penalty if chosen of
-All Acquisition TNs are at a +2 penalty

Seeing as how half the group is going to be Mia, I think we can slow our roll for now and actually discuss this. I'm still for flint, leaning towards wuxian as well.

Depends on when Rob needs the data.  There are 8 players that arguably would be there which would work to a 3 PC/5 OpFor split or in a rare case perhaps a 4/4 split.  If the game gets moved or cancelled, so be it, but from my perspective it's still playable as is.  I would say Rob needs to confirm what's reasonable/feasible at this point.  From what I recall there aren't solos around mission 1 because of all the other stuff that happens between contracts and the work Rob puts in generating markets, etc. especially just given the time.
