Evidently, Dieron does.  It was retconned in in Handbook: House Kurita, pg 160. 

And, as a side bonus, Dieron also has a fleet yard and naval station.  Stellar Trek Enterprises makes JumpShips, DropShips, and both the Kyushu and Tatsumaki-class WarShips.
