Stable selection

Post them here.  If multiple people want the same stable, we will decide it like adults.

You realize for half the people here it would involve a Mike Rupp impersonation?

I seem to recall that each stable has certain in-game combat specialties and that we will be using such in this tourney, quiaff?

If so, would someone please direct me to that information?

Also, does the Solaris Map Pack include the rules from the Solaris Box Set?

Thank you

I will be the first. I choose, (imagine this) Silver Dragons. For the glory of the Dragon.

Stable information (game) is listed in the rules section.  I also posted a link to the online description of the various stables as well.

I'd be interested in the Starlight or Zelazni but am flexible.

D'oh.  Silly me.  I had the Solaris VII Mappack all along.  All of the stables are in there.  Mike, please sign me up for Lynch Stables.

As the guy who won the last Solaris VII tourney, I'll be the LAST to pick a stable as a handicap.  I'll admit I'd love Zellbringen, though, since it's a Diamond Shark/Jade Falcon-run stable...but whatever's available.

Also, Mike?  Call Eric at Sci-fi.  I think there's a conflict for one of our September dates and I'm testing for Life & Health insurance licensing all this week.  no time at all.

Andurien for Anduriens!
Free Worlds League out now!
Andurien will rise again!

I'll take Fitzhugh Stables.

Also, Mike, I have minis for the following battlemechs that are popular (or at least have popular variants) in the Free Worlds League:

Spider, Hermes, Hermes II, Bloodhound, Wraith, Griffin, Wolverine, Rifleman, Thunderbolt, Orion, Awesome, Firestarter Omni, Blackjack Omni, Trebuchet, Warhammer.

Edit: I also have a Phoenix Hawk.

Mike, are you sure you want to use the canon stable quirks? It seems like last time we did this, we found out that those were pretty unbalanced. If so, fine, just thought I'd mention it.

Serrate- I have stripped some of the more extreme abilities, and most of the stables now either have initiative bonuses or bonuses to one range bracket.  You got a stable with an extreme ability last time, and used it to the maximum.  I think I have cut down the power curve a bit.

Dispossessed Cooperative for me.

I'll call Eric tomorrow.  I want to check if Levs has hit there yet.  Anyone else preorder and want me to check if their stuff is in?
