Lance commander stats

For convenience's sake here are all of the commander stats.  Red cells are cells for missing values (ie not listing the skill with a 0).

Ah, skills lost in translating to the final report were scrounge 3 and negotiation 0.  Fixed it now

Damn.  Looking back over my worksheet, I missed one as well.

Very bottom line, skills section.  "Buy Negotiation at +0".  Sylvie *has* the skill, just isn't very good at it.  Updating AtB now.

Okay. I just didn't want to set things to 0 that weren't supposed to be 0. Especially Strategy, which was not initially included as a tracked stat.
