poor workmanship is 1 pt - base TN 10 with my elite tech (100+100 for quirk then x10 for f)2000min with the f mod included

quad time makes it 8k min = 16.66 days or 33.33 days if fails

either way cost is 75k for pass and 125k  for fail

new TN is 8+ because of custom

recalc missed custom mod and extra 100 for point of quirk itself

either way intent was quad time with new tn8 which fails the pass but not mof 4 or more and should remove pending robs approval
 
33.33 days later and 125k down

also 2mil for custom down
