Dunedain Lance completed all repair, reload, and maintenance operations on March 5, 3045. Overall, damage was minor, requiring less than 5 tons of armor to repair. Damage internal components were repaired in place without the need for replacement. This was fortuitous given that Hot Foot's (Firestarter) large laser was damaged during the fight and no spare was in inventory. 2 spare large lasers have been ordered to ensure this is not a problem after future engagements.

Side Note: The repair calculation spreadsheet has been updated to include repairs for damaged multiple crit weapons and equipment. The original spreadsheet was created with StratOps and those modifiers are on another page and were missed. I double checked BMR and they are there as well.

I would like to request that the unit purchase a mobile HQ as soon as possible to help the units assigned to the scout role. Also, Reaper Lance would like to have an Admin. assigned to them if one is available, to increase tech work time per day.

I saw that some Administrator were being assigned. Is there any more Admin HR left? If so, I would like one.

Also, after the solo mission Reaper lance requests to be removed from scout role. I may want them assigned to training for 4 weeks. If on training, can the techs still repair salvaged and damaged mechs during that time and at the dropship?

Admins were assigned to the lances which have historically required the most repairing after missions.  You tend to drive your lance relatively conservatively, so you take a lot less damage in general than, say, Brandon.  Therefore, you're a lower immediate priority for assistance.  With that said, since they've gotten theirs, you're next on the docket when we hire another veteran HR admin, since you specifically requested one.

A solid "maybe" on the first part of that question.  Depending on when Mission 5 is scheduled to happen, you, Bright, and Dancer Lances may be the only intact formations available.  I can't reassign you to training unless and until I have three other fully-intact lances, since we generally want to be throwing a full company into these missions.  If I've advanced time to the middle of March and haven't seen a contact pop up, that'll have given enough time to the other lance commanders to do repairs that I can thusly reassign you.  Do remember, Mike (Kong Lance) is not deployable at all for the forseeable future, and IIRC Ice, Crusher, and Fairchild Lances at a minimum are all downchecked for damage.  That's ~50% of the overall unit.

As per the second half of that, *IF* I can get you into the training role, the answer is "yes".  Techs still do their things during that time in terms of repair and salvage, and count at being at a full repair facility (the -2 mod).  However, they can't do a customization of a Mech involved in the training (if Billy Jim is part of Dancer Lance and his Mech is downchecked for customization, then he'll get no benefit from the training for that month).

All mechs at full strength except for the Shadow Hawk, which is missing all components in LA, and missing Lower Arm actuator in RA.

FYI: I'll be performing a customization on my Crusader.  The parts won't get here until 5/28.  However, it's a maintenance (Class D) level Refit, so if I have to do it on the DropShip on the way outsystem, that's OK.  The removal portion is already complete.

Details:
Remove H AMS
Remove AMS ammo
Remove RL SSRM-2
Remove LL SSRM-2
Remove LT SSRM-2 ammo
Remove RA Machinegun
Remove MG ammo
Above is already complete


Below will take ~7 days assuming a successful roll, completing on 4 June
Add Medium Laser (LA) - This is the Class D refit; adding a weapon where there was no weapon before
Add SRM-4 (RL) in SSRM-2 slot
Add SRM-4 (LL) in SSRM-2 slot
Add SRM-4 ammo (LT) in SSRM ammo slot
Add 8 points armor (4 per leg)

I rolled in my warehouse thread to recruit my prisoner leopold niitz (Orion pilot) from first mission. Forgot to post the success here. If it is to late due to timeline advancement, that is ok and I will just take the ransom.

He was a regular and I didn't post it until in this thread other than to make roll in my warehouse. That is why I don't know I will get him or not.

He was a regular and I didn't post it until in this thread other than to make roll in my warehouse. That is why I don't know I will get him or not.

So as a heads-up, if you succeed in a recruitment roll, let me know that you've done so and what the pilots G/P skills are so I can roll out his skills and SPAs (if any).

Since he's not a Veteran Pilot, he doesn't start with any SPAs.

As for skills...
