With this sort of breakdown, I'd recomend that SOP becomes as follows for pretty much all standard contracts:
Alpha Company is deployed on Scout Role (2 units up, 1 unit in Training), rotated monthly
Bravo Company is deployed on Defend Role (all units up)
Charlie Company is deployed on Fight role (2 units up, 1 unit in Training), rotated monthly

Moving Dancer from Bravo to Alpha may be worthwhile, in exchange for Kong (Wolverines are solid enough in pretty much any role).  Alternatively, look into putting the fastest-response unit in each company into "no" role, and the slower two units into a normal role, and that way we should maintain a speedy ready-response pool that can move to reinforce any slower engaged units with maximum quickness.  Dunedain, Dancer, and Reaper have, IIRC, the fastest response times.

To add to the custom list, one of my wolverines is now a PPC, 2 ml, 2 tons of ammo for srm 6 (or just an inferno ton)

Does it make sense in AtB to include the motor pool and Aero lance with Dunedain as HQ or should it be Dunedain as HQ lance and the motor pool and aero lance as a support company? Basically, will I drag the motor pool into scenarios including them and Dunedain in the same company?

Reinforcement speed is all over the map now with multiple mechs and changed strategy modifiers. If Ice goes with Enforcers, Griffin and Trebuchet, it will be fastest after Dunedain (12-3-5-1 = 3 vs. 12-4-5-1 = 2). Reaper can come in 1 turn after Ice if we swap the unit's new Shadow Hawk for the Orion.

I would consider an alternate structure with 2x3 lance companies and 2x2 lance demi-companies. Basically, leave Alpha and Bravo Companies alone, take Ice out of Charlie and form Delta with Dunedain and Ice as the rapid response force.

Keep In mind my main unit is the war hammer I with it would be turn 4 vs 3 if I take the treb or more likely the griffin I'm not that opposed to doing so but the spa I have become near useless as well as lose range although firepower is comparable although none of them except the hatchet have that headcap scare or kill
