It's a little less than fluff, actually, since AtB has a slight bias towards stuff in the same "company" when generating multiple-lance missions. Which IIRC we'll start getting now that we're
officially battalion-sized.

With this sort of breakdown, I'd recomend that SOP becomes as follows for pretty much all standard contracts:
Alpha Company is deployed on Scout Role (2 units up, 1 unit in Training), rotated monthly
Bravo Company is deployed on Defend Role (all units up)
Charlie Company is deployed on Fight role (2 units up, 1 unit in Training), rotated monthly
Moving Dancer from Bravo to Alpha may be worthwhile, in exchange for Kong (Wolverines are solid enough in pretty much any role). Alternatively, look into putting the fastest-response unit in each company into "no" role, and the slower two units into a normal role, and that way we should maintain a speedy ready-response pool that can move to reinforce any slower engaged units with maximum quickness. Dunedain, Dancer, and Reaper have, IIRC, the fastest response times.
