Okay, time to talk strategy. They have a lot of LRMs
Crusader (LRM-10s with the heat sinks and ammo to use them)
2x Catapult
3x LRM Carriers
2x Shadow Hawk (Yeah, LRM-5s, but LRMs...)

Their long range fire support is pretty good too (AC-5s, LLas, PPC)

Terrain wooded and map wooded-hills seems good to control line of sight. Unless I am missing something, the only mech in Dunedain, Dragon and Kong Lances that doesn't jump is the Ostsol, leaving mobility on our side, but be wary of their jumpers (8/20).

Daylight is daylight and clear weather is clear.

Map size is ~2x2

So, what if anything should I spend re-rolls on?

i would hope for a gale of some sort to force harder missle or ballistic shots

Wooded hills is fine. But anything to deter the bulk of their weaponry would give us an advantage. Or at least deter a hefty amount of it. All I have are 2 lrm5 to be affected.

Anything with a checkbox beside it.

I have mostly energy weapons as primaries, so weather that messes up missiles wouldn't be particularly troubling for me either. However, Kong lance would get hurt by missile unfriendly weather, the Javelin and Wolverines rely on their SRMs for a lot of their firepower.

A bigger map would be nice, but I see a roll creating either a larger or smaller map.  

I am hosed if we reroll weather trying for antimissles stuff.

Night just means scenario takes longer.  Honestly I would just accept what we have no rerolls.

Max 4 total units. So up to 1 more. Keep in mind that there is another simultaneous battle, so some reserves need to be available for them as well. Also, we could easily be in another battle (or two) on Sept. 23rd as well. To the extent possible, I would like to control reinforcements to ensure there are fresh lances available to take the next fight.
