Before I do that:  the ally rescue map?  It's guaranteed to have an urban map in the middle.  What can change is the terrain AROUND that middle map.

Okay, I have nodesire to reroll anything else. So let's reroll this until we get the least woods/hills/buildings for cover.
With my force's ERPPCs and LRMs, Reaper's LRMs and PPCs, and Bright Lance's LRMs and PPCs, I would like to leave the OpFor as little cover as possible so we can reach out and touch them.

Yes.
Reaper has been selected primarily for force weapons composition. A strong secondary factor is to get the father/son duo on the same side for a game.

Essentially, that's going to mean that if there's water on a map, it's a crater of that depth instead.

I have an Orion that matches several others I'm already donating to the group.  Also, you guys can use my olive drab Rifleman, but I would strongly prefer Rob running it (Its a former PC mech and its a little special to me)
