I also recommend that Crusher Lance gets priority on the next MechWarrior (or two) they need.  I know Crusher is down pretty hard right now.

Crusher got the Catapult from the first mission as salvage to replace the loaner mech he had.

Did my lance get used during a January game while I was out? Unless I'm mistaken, my lance has been ready to go for quite a while (posted in the GM readiness communication thread on 12/10). I hired a n00b pilot for the Wolvie some time ago, and last month also received the Regular medium pilot who is taking over the  Wolvie. I haven't received any elite pilots or anything, but my lance is good to go as far as I know.  (^_^)b

Also...your lance entry in the TO&E hadn't been updated, so it still had you at 3 pilots.
