Yes.  AFAIK, it only matters for aerospace scenarios.

I will allocate one regular and the green mech techs to you. The remaining regular will be held for a unit with 4 techs and more than 4 mechs.
The doctor is yours as well. I would look at the veteran medium mechwarrior and the elite light with more interest in the veteran. You have medium mechs now, so you can throw her in a cockpit right now. I would have some concerns about the 47 year old elite light pilot because you don't have any lights, most lights are too lightly armored to survive and too lightly armed to contribute. If you had a BS mech like my Firestarter, it would make sense. Currently, not so much. The elite is probably a better fit for Kong or Freya lances.

Free for all on the remaining regular tech.

I really really really want that Locust, as a good backup for my light. 

Also interested in the Vet mechwarrior to sub in for my med pilot, but not critical.  Would just be a slight upgrade from my REG med mechwarrior, but others may have more need.

Ok, so I'd like to pick up the Vet Medium Mech Pilot, the Regular Mech Tech, the Green Mech Tech, and the Regular Doctor.

Bonuses: 5K for the Green Mech Tech, 10K each for the Reg Tech and the Doctor, 30K for the Mech Pilot = 55K total.

Vet Mech Pilot is 3/4, correct?
