80 Days will not happen unless we get a contract on a factory world. At 3 months idle, we get all kinds of retirements and bad things happen. Identify achievable modifications, think ~20 days, not 80.

I joined contract 3, so end of contract 5 is when I do my retirement rolls, Since the timeline has not officially advanced, I am waiting to do all that so I can start buying replacements for the mediums as well.

Retirements happen at the end of the contract, so in April when we cream the base and end the contract.
Annual XP/birthdays happen May 1st.
