...can you please pick up a single sheet of FPG decals for me?

Like these, but Red center with White borders.  I need them for doing any more Numenorean Rangers minis.  I've got like 2 numbers (total) left on my sheet.

Worst case scenario, I have waterslide paper for a laser printer and a laser cutter that I almost know what to do with.
