Coast 2................Coast 1
DeploymentRangers: Deploy civilian units in any legal hex within 5 hexes of the map center. Deploy Ranger unit anywhere within 10 hexes of map center.
Clans: Deploy 1 Mech up to 6 hexes north of the south edge of the map prior to Ranger deployment. Deploy the other 2 Mechs up to 3 hexes north of the south edge of the map after Ranger deployment.
Environmental Conditions:Light Fog: Entering any non-water hex using non-jumping MP costs an additional +1 MP. This assumes the unit is using Careful Movement. Any unit may attempt to move recklessly to ignore this cost (see TacOps pg63).
Battlefield Support:None
Ranger Victory Conditions:1) Keep at least 1 civilian unit alive for at least 10 turns
Clan Victory Conditions1) Destroy all civilian units prior to the End Phase of Turn 10
Misc Rules1) Game ends after the End Phase of Turn 10.
2) No salvage is recoverable unless, by the end of the game, all 3 Clan Mechs have either: been destroyed, left the board, been rendered incapable of spending MP (gyro destruction, missing leg, dead/unconscious pilot, etc). Enemy pilots are not recoverable unless picked up during game play.
3) CLAN FORCES HAVE THEIR AUTO-EJECT *ON*, and will not attempt to kill pilots.
4) Civilian units are considered to have "survived" if they don't meet the conditions listed for Clan Mechs in Item #2.
5) Ranger and civilian units may not exit the board during the game, and civilian units will not voluntarily go prone in water hexes.
