DeploymentRanger Deployment: Enter the board on your initiative on Turn 1, along a Clear or Road hex.
OPFOR Deployment: Deploy units within 10 hexes of the center of the map. 1 Lance (TDR, SHD, RFL, Orion) may not deploy into or on top of, buildings. 2 Lance may, but must be able to legally move from a Road or Clear hex to their deployment hex (ie, deploying an Urbanmech atop a Level 8 building would be disallowed as the Urbanmech can only jump 2 levels up).
Environmental Effects:Light Gale: Infantry cannot both move and fire. They can do only one or the other.

PCs Victory Conditions:1) Exit the board from the north board edge via a Clear or Road hex, OR, destroy or render incapable of spending MP at least 4 enemy units
OPFOR Victory Conditions:1) Destroy or disable (render the unit incapable of spending MP within the bounds of the scenario) the Ranger unit
Misc Rules1) Exiting the battlefield requires a unit to remain stationary at the board edge for 1 turn. Only a single spent MP is required to move offboard (ie, the environments MP penalties doesn't apply; or, more specifically, the Minimum Movement rule overrides it).
2)The FWL forces will attempt to capture ejected MechWarriors for ransom instead of shooting them.
