OK, I've heard back on all the relevant info, now it's time to buckle down.
Paul, please confirm by Thursday that you have all the sheets. If I haven't heard from you be Thursday evening, I'll print everything.
Dan, yes I will need those 2 card tables. Thank you. Please post their height from floor to top of table.
Mike/Logan, the answer is yes, in the 3rd scenario.
Anyone, I will need 2 additional card tables. Ideally ONE of those tables will match the height Dan posts. The other is a staging table and it just needs to exist. Please post to confirm you're bringing something.
Anyone, I'd like to get 3-4 additional folding chairs brought, please. There are several on-site, but not sufficient seating for everyone. Please post to confirm.
All PC players, doublecheck that you have your minis and that you have your record sheets.
EVERYONE, let me tell you about how Saturday is going to work. My parents will be in the house for part of that day (one of them will be taking Elessar to a violin recital at ~10-12 that wasn't scheduled until after we locked this date in). My parents are currently providing what is effectively hospice care for an extremely elderly relative in their home. She is functionally bed-ridden and is housed on the ground floor, the same where we'll be playing. Therefore, you'll need to know the following things:
1) All entry/exit from the house must be through the garage. It will be open. Enter the house and enter the kitchen, then turn immediately left.
2) Several portals in the house are going to have curtains hung from them, for noise attenuation and for her privacy purposes. Please don't mess up the hanging curtains.
3) We are restricted to *only* the ballroom on the ground floor, and to the spaces in the basement leading to the bathroom.
4) Masks are 300% required for play while we're on the ground floor. If you want to take your mask off, you need to be in the basement workspace or on the deck outside the ballroom.
5) Expect me to be very tired and not up for a lot of small talk prior to game. Given the lack of any other work in my actual field until 2022 or later, I am currently working at UPS on a 10pm-3am shift, M-F. Which means that I'll have driven from the 71-75 split up to my parents, fallen into bed, and gotten roughly 4 hours of sleep by the time you people show up.
6) We have an absolute hard stop at 6pm, up to and including in the middle of a turn, because like an idiot, I agreed to help fill out the roster for a hockey team that has a game at 6:45.
Looking forward to seeing everyone on Saturday.
