Double time, 2 million CBills cost removed from ledger, (it doest say in rules that failed customs cost more, just that they have a +3 tn penalty but im doubling the amount of CBills anyway because... LAM actuators are doubled so like that tracks right?)
Action taken in response to hiring of Angelika Rider, hence starting NOV 2 when the previous contract ended
thus starts on Nov 2
Despite doubled time the operation finishes Dec 1, which is when the next contract starts.

Oh i also sold all 12 IS single heat sinks i removed from the LAM, at the minimum 25% value. i didnt bother rolling and doing a bunch of math...
