Yup.  Field Training is pretty awesome. It gives you a ton of skill points.

Remember, though, that you have to convert Skill Points to a Skill BONUS at the end of character creation.  If you have 7 points in a skill at the end of creation, that only translates to a +2 bonus.

Can you tell me which negative Traits were *added* to your character (not acquired during game play) to generate the extra TP to gain 60 XP for SPAs?

Also, do note that the XL engine from "Well-equipped" are Schrodinger's Engines.  They don't acquire a rating or mass link until you decide to use them for something.  Once you say, "I want to install this engine in my Warhammer", then the engine you're installing suddenly becomes a 280-rated, 70-ton engine.

fast reload--reload in 1/2 amount of time-- Im assuming this refers to reload times outside of the drop itself but in between missions
imp cool jacket-- minus 1 heat for weapon
ammo feed--after to hit roll, roll again, 10+=jam/12= next round explodes
imp target long--minus 1 bonus to hit at long range
ubiquitous--lots of units out there for salvage, etc
searchlight-- page 57 Tac ops
jettison weapon-?
barrel fist-?

Not 100% positive, but I think the Dependent trait is maxed at 2.

Also need to know the details for Battlefists. Sarna just says it gives you an advantage for punching, but the reference is Record Sheets: 3145 New Tech, New Upgrades, pg. 12, but I don't have that book.
