All rolls for repairs successful.  Repairs completed by end of 6 June 3044.

I also intended my regular tech to reload AC/10 on the Enforcer.  I do not know how to calculate the TN and time.  If a TN is required I will be more than happy to make the roll.   

Elite Tech time available 2400, used 330, time left 2070.

Veteran Tech time available 2400, used 285, time left 2115.

Regular Tech time available 2400, used 280, time left 2120.

Something is off. Your elite and veteran teams should not get the same TN.

Elite (5+) + Dropship (0) + Armor (-2) --> 3+
Veteran (6+) + Dropship (0) + Armor (-2) --> 4+
Regular (7+) + Dropship (0) + Armor (-2) + Double Time (-1) --> 4+

Can you post a screenshot of the Repairs tab or the file itself, so I can see what is going on with the spreadsheet? I am going to post a revised version soon and I might as well get this bug squashed with the others.

Okay, that's where the issue is. The location of your (our) repairs is still a dropship bay (+0).
The confusion stems from maintenance level refits, which may be done in a dropship bay (+0) or an actual maintenance facility (-2).

Basically, a dropship bay has gantries, power, lights, is under cover, climate controlled, etc. to make things easier. A dropship may have a limited machine shop at best.
A maintenance facility is a significant step up. It may be a factory for a different class of unit, such as vehicles or aerospace units or a facility specifically designed to maintain that unit type. A maintenance facility gives you have a climate controlled environment, significant machine shops and available parts/supplies.
[For completeness] A factory is unit type specific, a mech factory is a factory for mechs, but for any other class of unit it is a maintenance facility. A factory has every tool, every nut, bolt, etc.

All repairs finished by end of the June 6th. While Gladiator is in motor pool, on June 7th Veteran tech Changes PPc to large laser,and Elite tech adds 2 single heat sinks to left torso. Weapon swap is done with quadruple time and would finish the 9th. Adding of heat sinks with quadruple time would end on the 10th.

Weapon swap PPC to Large laser requires TN 4 Vet Tech

By using motor pool it gives me Maintenance Facility rating.

All rolls for Gladiator customization are successful and completed by June 10th.  Gladiator is now a GLD-4RMx, BV 1279.

Also forgot to list reload and unjam ac/10 on Enforcer ENF-4R.

Reaper Lance fully operational 16 hrs after reaching Dropships.

Work time available for all techs is 23 days 7/13/3044- 8/14/3044 and 12 days from 8/15/3044 -9/1/3044 (for shipment of some parts for refits).
For refits waitimg on parts I am still using only 1 roll for refit but counting 1/3 of overall time, for “removal” of parts, as being done prior to parts arrival.

On our long trip, my techs are going to upgrade both Griffins to DHS.
Double heatsinks ordered 9-1-44 and will arrive 9-22-44.
142 days travel
As we leave reg tech Grace Sarbans removes 16 SHS from each mech using double the time with a TN 6.

2nd griffin under new rules succeeds but takes double time for total of 24 days. 0 xp gained

On the 9-22-44 DHS arrive and vet tech Barbara Chiebowski begins install 16 DHS on 1st Griffin using double time 24 days TN 7
