Time seems right. Weird they did not add the distinction of the 1+ armor removal and change. Your tn is off however. The +1 for customization is for repairs. The highest repair mod isn't necessary on a refit since you are not repairing anything.

Ok, I missed that I needed to order an EndoSteel torso, rather than use the one I had sitting in stock. So, the engine install and all LT work including reattaching the arm should be ignored. Along with that, the customization work didn’t happen for the Ostwar. Will remove the 3 XP.
