Ok, I realized I missed the armor swap (std to FF that should have been part of the customization)  Given the location consolidation (having a hard time finding it at the moment), I believe full armor replacement works as follows, please correct me if I'm wrong.

Armor - 11 locations * 10 minutes (base for 1 point in a location) = 110 minutes base each to remove and then to add.  Class E refit means x9, so 1980 minutes total for armor change over (220 base * 9).  It adds 4 days 1 hour to total time.

MoS was 0, didn't fail, so mech completed on July 15th.

Correct?
