Got it.  Apologies; we ran into issues early in the campaign of having too many voices making it easy for me to miss things.  When you see me asking for "summary posts", like in the Marketplace thread, that is why we do those.

OK, I have the scenario printed out and in my bag.  I have checked all 9 mapsheets and they're in my bag.  I have minis for my lance (GRH, CRD, JVN, WSP-LAM).  I have minis for Midnight Lance (WVR, PHX, CLNT, VND).  I have Jon's Crusader mini.  I have minis for unit Stingrays, artillery, DropShips, and infantry.  I have dice.  I have 2 Fortune and 2 Demolisher vehicles - each numbered - so serve as proxies for Zhukovs.  My bag is completely packed and won't be touched again till Saturday morning.

Paul is responsible for OPFOR Record Sheets, and all other OPFOR minis are accounted for.  This should account for all required aspects; if anyone needs to chime in and add something, speak up ASAP.

I'd never been so happy with a group of paint jobs. Went to dinner with the family, and then got home and spent a couple hours finishing up bases. As a last step I decided I wanted them to have a coat of varnish, and I brushed on Vallejo matte.

Omg, I've never seen this before, but now everything looks like crap. I'd like to just chuck the lot into the firepit. Many hours down the drain. I tried another coat on a test piece, mixing the matte with Lahmian medium, no change. Now I'm trying a couple test legs with brush on gloss. Hate to have glossy minis, but I don't even know if this will work.

Please shoot me...

Frost is generally moisture trapped in the varnish.  That's why varnishes say not to apply them when the humidity is over about 50%; air moisture gets in the varnish and it clouds.  There's a couple things you can do besides strip them.
a) Create a 50/50 wash of mineral oil and water and rub it all over the minis (olive oil/water is also said to work, and I'd honestly probably start there). Let air-dry, being sure to wash off excess oil, then re-seal on a day which isn't like today.
b) Hair dryer to the minis.  For some time.  This is literally drying out the varnish.
c) Spray with gloss varnish...dry...respray with dull coat...fixed

Okay, I see 1, 4, and 5 being valuable. Are any of the player lances (Midnight, Freya, Kong, or Crusher) interested in 2 or 3?

IMO, we should assign the Mech Tech and cash to Midnight Lance, since he's behind the 8-ball in terms of gear. 

I'd personally prefer to get #5, currently missing as I am a Grasshopper arm.  However, I wouldn't be adverse to assigning that to Midnight as well, as he's missing arms on 2 Mechs.

I will happily take what is offered.  That said, I have arms on order due to arrive March 31st.  The other thing I will note about #5 is as I read it, it's 2 arms for the same 'Mech.  To get my mechs back up and running I need to order 4 ML, 4 MGs, 1 LL and 1 SPL.  If giving someone else the arms and armor mean they return their mechs to the field faster, that's probably in the unit's best interest.  The Clint and the Wolverine are easy enough to patch as it's just armor damage.
